Ingredients :

500 g chicken livers

50 ml of olive oil

50 g pumpkin tahini

soy sauce to taste

20 g of dried pitted cherries

pinch of rosemary
Method :
Boil the chicken livers in 700 ml of water until soft – about 20 minutes. Using a chopper, blender or food processor, blend the drained livers with the other products until completely homogeneous. Serve as a snack or spread on a cracker.
If the presence of dried fruits in the recipe seems strange to you, you can safely skip them. However, keep in mind that cherries do not make the pate sweet, but only elegantly soften the slightly pungent taste of the liver.
