Hello. We are glad that you are here and want to get acquainted with our beginner’s guides! Who are these guides for? Logically, for beginners. But, since this word can be ambiguous, let’s clarify that we are talking about people with absolutely no or just sporadic experience with sports activity and changing eating habits. In all three areas we pay attention to (nutrition, exercise, nutritional supplements), there is an abundance of contradictory information, often presented with dubious motives. However, our goal is not to show you the “truth” about things. There is no such thing. There are many ways and views on what it means to exercise properly, eat healthily and live your life in a better way. Most of them lead to the desired result. We will share our point of view.

Years of personal experience and one with clients, as well as the many trainings we went through, gave us a solid foundation for our way in which we can fulfill our main mission in Stayfitlonger – Team – to help you be better. For us this is:

The normal way

If you decide to trust us, read each guide in detail. You will learn what it takes to begin (or continue) the steps to a better self.

The guides are completely free. You do not need to register, download e-books, engage in our seminars or anything like that. We want only three actions in return:

  1. read the manuals carefully;
  2. apply what you have learned;
  3. show us your personal progress and your better self!
